1972 Suzuki TC 90 Blazer

Owner: Santiago Cárdenas
Madrid, Spain
Comments: “I am enclosing a picture of my TC 90 1971 , that I
brouht from the USA in 1976. It is almost identified with the TS 90 but it
has a 4x2 dual range transmission.
The bike is in original shape, it has 15,000
miles on it and it runs perfectly.”

| Tom wants his old bike back. “I wish I would have never sold it, and if I
could remember the name of the person I sold it to I would try to track them
down and offer double what I sold it for (I think $1000) to get it back,
slight oil leak and all! If the current owner or
anyone out there has one of these for sale, I would love to find them. Feel free to publish my pictures, story and e-mail address in case I ever
get that lucky.” Tom writes. |

1982 Suzuki GS 750 T

Owner: Tom Twitty
Columbus, Ohio, USA

Comments: “Here's my old '82 Suzuki GS750TZ. I bought it brand
new at Fun With Wheels (now closed) in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio in 1982
and had it up until 2002. I sold it at the request of my pregnant and
hormonal wife along with a 2001 Sportster 1200C when our twins were on the
way (much to my chagrin).

The bike was totally stock except for a new seat
cover and aftermarket mirrors.

The last ride on the bike was a circle tour of
Lake Superior and the bike made the trip with no issues.

I have since
bought a 2008 FLHX and I will tell you, if the 750T were sitting in my
garage, it would still be my bike of choice. It had about 20k miles and a
lot of life left.

As for the performance, I don't know where the 80 MPH
restriction comments came from but I can assure you they are wrong. In my
younger years I had this bike going well over 120 MPH (probably about
130-135) on a stretch of freeway in Southern Ohio. With the 80 MPH speedo,
the only way I know the speed was that I blew by a buddy riding a Honda
Nighthawk maxed out on his speedo at 120.

This was a true 12 second quarter
miler and there were many 750 Yamaha Seca's, 750 Honda Interceptors and even
larger cc bikes sucking exhaust from my machine.”

| The owner says it's a 1977 GS550. I claim it's a 1978 GS550E, unless the light alloy wheels have been mounted on it later. Anyway, it's a good looking bike. Repainted but still good looking. |

1978 Suzuki GS 550 E

Owner: Stephen Merchant
Florida, USA

Comments: “Just got this last week. It's a '77 GS550 with only 42,000 miles on it.
It has been garage kept. Im the 3rd owner.

The seller needed the room in their garage and I was in the right place at the right time. I paid $350 for it.

The bike was purchased in Vermont and is now in Florida where I live.

It needs a little carb work but runs great. Could be the best deal I ever found.”
