2006 Suzuki GSR 600

Owner: Robert Engelbrecht,
Minchinbury NSW Australia

Comments: ”Please find attached a few pics of my new GSR 600. It was purchased new yesterday 31/03/06 by me from a Suzuki dealer in Parramatta NSW Australia for $12,000 AU.

I have only done 100 km on it so far but it is awsome! I am a Suzuki fan. I have owned both Suzuki bikes and cars and have waited for this model for some time.”

2001 Suzuki GSX 1400

Owner: Brian Bohn, US Air Force,
stationed at Okinawa, Japan

Comments: ”I have owned my GSX1400 since August 2005. I am 40 years old and have been riding bikes since I was a young teenager.

I have owned quite a few bikes over 1000cc, including a V-Max, GSX-R1100, KZ1000 and KZ1300 but the GSX is in a class of it's own. Great comfort and monster torque, what more could you want!

Some of the modifications I have made to my GSX include:
- R's Gear Wyvern Sonic Rainbow Titanium exhaust
- Hardy Racing bars
- Agras Undertail kit
- Custom turn signals
- BMC air Filter
- Dynojet Power Commander III USB
- Anodized blue/engraved torque bar
- Galfer wavy front brake rotors
- Goodridge F/R brake lines and clutch line
- K's Supply Rainbow Titanium fork deflectors
I have a little over 25,000 km on my bike and it's running great. It could use a bit more tuning on the Power Commander though. I have a few more modifications planned in the future such as Yoshimure Stage 1 Camshafts, new paint, Rear Galfer Wavy Brake Rotor and, maybe, Gale Speed Wheels if money permits!”

1981 Suzuki GSX 750 E

Owner: Axel C.
Reykjavik , Iceland

Comments: ”My first motorcycle, a 1981 GSX 750E. I got it in 1993, and sold it in 2002.

When I got married my wife bought me a Kawasaki Vulcan Classic '98 ;o) so I sold the Suzuki. Boy do I regret that...

After the Vulcan I have owned a '86 Suzuki GSX 600F and a '92 Kawasaki Eliminator.

Modifications: I took the headlight and the gauges and replaced them with light and gauges from a GS550L (around '80 model). The carbs are from an 1100 Suzuki, GSX-R I think. The exhaust is 4-1 with a no-name muffler.

I also painted the bike, it was Black but I put some green effect paint with blue effects in it.

I think this was the best bike I'we ever ridden. Smooth, fast and great balanced.

The pics are taken in Denmark , I lived there in 1996. The red Suzuki was spotted on “bakkelukning” in Copenhagen. When the park “Bakken” is opened in the spring and closed in the autumn there are lots of bikers that take a trip there...

1981 Suzuki GS 1100 E Turbo

Owner:
Ed Alderfer,
Pottstown, Pa. USA

Comments: ”I thought you might like to see my turbo. It's 1230cc, two-stage boost button, air shifter, approx. 250hp at 15lbs boost. Runs low 9's at 160mph. A real old school rocket!

I also have a '93 GSX1100F and a '93 GSX1100G.

T
hanks for your site, it's very informative.”
Ed didn't mention the model year of the bike. It seems like the frame, the fuel tank and the plastics are '81 but almost everything else seem to be taken from other models.
