1961 Suzuki/Colleda TB 250

Owner: Fernando Gatto,
Buenos Aires, Argentina
Comments: “Hello Jarmo, I want to sell my motorcycle. If you meet someone interested in buying it, could you pass on my e-mail address?”
I would be interested in buying it if it was not located on the other side of the world...

Click on the owner's name to send him e-mail. Fernando writes to me in Spanish only so I don't think he can read e-mail written in English.

| Ted tells us that there were only three modifications on his '68 X-6 Scrambler (also known as TC250): Clubman handlebars, luggage rack (OEM Suzuki item) and Avon Roadmaster road tires to replace originals. |

1968 Suzuki TC 250 X-6 Scrambler

Owner: Ted Cais,
Goleta, California, USA
Comments: “I just came across your site and found it a very valuable resource. For historical interest you might like the attached picture of my first motorcycle ever.
It was a '68 Suzuki 250cc Scrambler X6, given by my father as a 21st birthday present in October 1968. At the time I was living in Brisbane, Australia.
It was a great, reliable bike that I was too inexperienced to appreciate properly at the time. I owned it for two years, traded it for 500cc Velocette Venom Clubman.”

1987 Suzuki GSX 750 ES

Owner: Peter Willekens,
Lommel, Belgium

Comments: “My bike is a '87 GSX750ES, build in 1987, the last production year of this bike.

I was pleased to find out that the picture you have on your site for the 1987 make is exactly the same as my bike. I know now that my bike still has it's original looks. As far as I can tell, nothing has been changed to my bike.

I bought this bike because it was a really good looking budget bike. A good choice, it seemed.

It's my first bike, I learned to ride on it. I've been ridden it for 3.5 years now.

I can tell you; this bike is great — both for beginners and for more advanced bikers.

As a beginner, when you go easy on the gas, the bike will respond in a gentle way.

Once you get to know the bike, and you turn the throttle open completely, the bike will launch with great power!
The sound when going slow is deep and full and it is the sound of a sporty bike when you go fast! This is the one and only origin of today's GSX series!

It is nice on the road, it is great in the turns. It is a slim bike, allowing me to navigate through dense traffic.

It is an easy to manipulate bike which makes taking narrow turn a pleasure. The longer you ride it the deeper you take it in the turns.

In spite of all the qualities this bike has, I did put it up for sale! The bike is not really big but I am 1.90 meter tall.
Riding this great bike for more than half an hour makes my knees hurt. That is why I'm searching for a bigger bike now.

he pictures were taken on an old mining site. An old bike on an old site, I thought it to be appropriate.”

1978 Suzuki GS 500 E

Owner: Lukasz Dziewonski,

Comments: “I have a beautiful motorcycle. It's a Suzuki '78 GS 500 E. In this message I send a photo. I cannot find any similar bike on the net. I bought it last year but there is some works on it.

Notwithstanding I cannot get parts to it. They are very expensive or nobody have them. I just want to divide my hobby.”
