2002 Suzuki LS 650 Savage

Owner: Joe Guara,
Newton, Kansas USA

Comments: “Here are pictures of my '02 Suzuki Savage LS650. It has the big single engine and hauls ass.

I bought this Suzuki off the showroom floor in the spring of 2003. I got a great deal on it.

I get about 50 mpg and it is powerful enough to ride two-up.

The thing I like about Japanese bikes is that they are very reliable, unlike my '05 Big Dog.”

2001 Suzuki GSF 1200 S Bandit

Owner: John Gooley,
Sydney, Australia

Comments: “My '01 Bandit 1200S has now 103,000 km on it. It is dead stock original except for the sheepskin seat cover!

I ride it both scratching up my favorite bit of road (The Old Pacific Highway), commuting, and also do a bit of touring. Whilst the Bandit isn't in the same league as GSX-Rs I'm now on my second set of foot pegs; and I still love the look on some sports bikes riders faces when they have trouble staying ahead — or in some cases just keeping up!

The pics here are of me riding the Old Road.”

'81 RV-90 RB 90 RV90X

Dale is looking for a right owner for his almost mint condition RV90 from 1981. If you are interested, you can drop me a line and I will notify the owner of the bike. You can also tell us what you think the bike is worth in your country. It would be interesting to compare the value of the bike in different parts of the world.

1981 Suzuki RV 90

Owner: Dale Kushner,
Cape Town, South Africa

Comments: “I have a space problem and therefore have finally decided to sell my 1981 RV90. The problem is that I would like a true enthusiast to own it. Most people just want to buy it to use. I would like it to get into the right hands, where the owner can enjoy it and at the same time keep it preserved.

Mileage: 2,451 km. Yes, that is genuine amounting to 1,531 miles. Not bad for a 25 year old motorcycle.
The bike is original. Original tyres, seat etc…

Everything is in tip top condition.
The engine is run on average three times per month with about 100 m covered.

What needs to be done in time: A few of the chrome areas would need to be rechromed as it is slightly pitted (I am very fussy, perhaps a new owner might not even bother).

In South Africa there does not seem to be enthusiasts. I have not marketed but everyone who sees it just wants to buy it for use on dunes, off road etc…

I just feel it should go to the right owner.”

1982 Suzuki GS 850 G

Owner: Jesse Gentry,
Nashville, Tennessee, USA

Comments: “I was selling a truck when my wife's uncle offered me this bike for the truck. I had never owned a bike but have wanted one but wasn't sure what I wanted.

I live in Nashville Tennessee, the weather here allows us to ride almost all year long.

I have learned to ride and love this bike.”

'98 TU 250 X
“The bike is in original shape and I'm very pleased with it. It runs like a clockwork and there's not a single scratch on it. There was 6,200 km on the meter when I bought it and there's 7,500 km today.”

Here's more Suzuki TU250X info.

1998 Suzuki TU 250 X

Owner: Alar Pastarus,
Nacka, Sweden

Comments: “Here's my TU250X. I think it is one of the most beautiful motorcycles built during the last ten years. That is one the reasons I bought the bike last summer.

Another reason was the fact that I had not ridden a motorcycle in 35 years (I'll be 64 soon) and I wanted a bike that is easy to handle. The bike weighs only 140 kg and is very easy to handle, even for a beginner. I think 20 hp is fully enough, regarding the low weight.

I was actually planning to buy an oldtimer of some kind but I realized that I'm all too inexperienced a mechanics.

The classic looks of the TU250X made me choose it. With some imagination you can see some similarities in the design with the processer of the Harley-Davidson Sportster . I think it was called Model K and it was at the end of 1950's. Obviously the similarities end there.

I plan to keep the bike until I get too old to be able to ride it.”

1972 Suzuki TS 90
1972 Suzuki TC 125

Owner: Todd K,
Chandler, Arizona, USA

Comments: ”Here are some pictures of my '72 TS90 and TC125. I believe thay are all original, received them from the original owner, purchased in CO.

They have been over the Continental Divide, and babied all the way. His children did not want them so he offered them to me for my children to enjoy.

Well, we have enjoyed them. More like just keeping them started from time to time and cleaning and polishing them regularly.

If I had room, they would be in our Game Room on display. We love em, but maybe there is someone out there who could appreciate them more. Let me know, they are a piece of art. If I do sell, they will ONLY be sold as a pair; thats how they've been their whole 35 years: together.”
