Suzuki A 100

Owner: Arne Markussen,
Røyse Norway

Comments: My first Suzuki was an A100, 1969 years
model I had back in the early seventies. Im sitting on
the bike in the picture; a friend of mine is helping me to polish
it or something. I love two-strokes, all my bikes have been
that.

Suzuki T350

Owner: Arne Markussen,
Røyse Norway

Comments: My T350 in the picture was a 1971-years
model, Im the guy standing beside it. The picture was taken
in 1972 at Hammarhøy, northern Norway. For the moment I
am reconditioning the T350. I plan to repaint it in original colours,
replace the exhaust pipes and various small parts; fuel tank lock,
fuel gauge, brake lines, handlebar, side cover decals etc.

1971
Suzuki T 350

Owner: Arne Markussen,
Røyse Norway

Comments: MyT350 is a fast and pleasant bike to ride, it
has 40 hp engine and six speeds, and in combination with 140 kg
dry weight it gives you fast acceleration. I use the T350 for
commuting and some touring, when Im riding by myself.

Suzuki GT 750

Owner: Arne Markussen,
Røyse Norway
Comments: I had a new GT750 back in 1972 but I sold it a
couple of years later, in 1975.
Here's more pictures of Arne's '72 GT750. Comments to them: Here
are some pictures from the summer of 1973. I dont know the
names of the children (they are some neighbours kids) but
the girl in the picture (yellow jacket) is my wife Berit.

1973
Suzuki GT 750

Owner: Arne Markussen,
Røyse Norway

Comments: My present GT750 is a 1973-years model.
I have renovated it myself. It has 60,000 km on the meter (8,000
by the time of restoration). It was bought in Sweden four years
ago. It runs very well and its a marvellous touring bike.
One has to adjust the carburettors regular and change the spark
plugs and braker points from time to time, though.

Here's more Suzuki RG250 Gamma info.
 |
1985 Suzuki RG 250 Gamma

Owner: Alex Markovic , Sydney Australia

Comments: To my knowledge the bike is stock standard except
for the mufflers which are much shorter than standard. I have
owned the bike for two years and only done 4,500 km. Crashed three
times: hit a dog at night at 70 kph, spun out once in the wet,
taking off of the line, locked up the front and washed out after
doing a wheelie! The bike is ok, nothing is bent, lucky it's so
light! The fairings need a paint job now.

Likes:
Good power band for a 250, lot more fun and more comfort
than other 250s, quicker than most
Good for getting around town and having a bit of fun, excellent
handling (with good tyres)
Wheelies & stoppies
It's cheap, many parts available
Starts first or second kick
Unusual look, attracts attention

Dislikes:
Decarbs, out of date brakes
Many minor problems, especially electrical, some parts
expensive
Loud, but not sexy
10 min warmups limit short trips
RGV is better and just as cheap

Here's more Suzuki VS800 Intruder info.
 |
1992 Suzuki VS 800 Intruder

Owner: Marc De Ruyter, Antwerp Belgium

Purchaced: summer 1992

Mods: T-handlebar , windscreen, chromed radiator grill, extra
lighting in chrome and drag pipes with a heavy sound

Comments: I like this bike for his
looks, it is very reliable and even after all this years she starts
like a new bike. One negative point is that long rides give you
saddle-soreness.
