1980 Suzuki GSX 1100 E
Owner: Matti Möykky, Finland
Comments:”I have an old Suzuki GSX1100 from 1980. First registration on Nov. 1979 and for market of Finland. I try to rebuild it back to original and one my problem is colour.

The bike is red. For 1981 model I have found colour 'Marble Pure Red/Black' and it could be the same colour, but I'm not sure.

Then I wonder about the stripes. I've heard that very first GSX1100 bikes imported in Finland had stripes like '81 GSX750 where there were three thick stripes vertical on the tank sides and one stripe around the tank. Looks like small 19l tank version. My bike has the big 24 liter tank.

I attach two pictures, first one in my bike with not original tapes but might give some idea. Another one is how I think…”

1979 Suzuki GT 125
Owner: Kim Armand, Denmark

Comments: ”I've come past this GT125 with alloy wheels which I didn't find on your magnificent page. Apparently is it from 1979. Anyhow alloy's are quite later than Your latest listed GT125.”

It took me a while but I found a brochure on the Internet of a French import model called ”Gold Label” that looked exactly like this bike. You can find it here.

1979 Suzuki GT 125

Owner: Mikael Ehrs, Vaasa Finland
Comments: ”I bought the bike in April 2010 and I am the fourth owner. I have the full history of previous owners. The bike was in original shape when I bought it. I have only made smaller fixes and repainting. Last year I had it veteran inspected and registered.

When I was 16 I had a blue '76 GT125, so it was kind of nostalgia to buy and drive this one.

I am using it during summers to commute and shorter trips every now and then.

Really glad I bought this bike. The stripes this bike has was only on models made 1978 and 1979.

I haven't seen many restored one, not even on internet.”

1964 Suzuki M 15 D

Owner: Brian B,
Victoria, Canada

Comments: ”I am pleased to find your website. You've clearly done a lot of work. I hope you intend to keep it going into the future.

I have purchased a damaged but repairable '64 M15D 50cc I found just outside Vancouver.

The owner could not tell me much about it. He works on Vespas. A friend of his had it in his garage for years and gave the bike to him.

The motor is very rough but I know a fellow who teaches English in Thailand and he's trying to find me parts or perhaps even a complete bike. I would like to restore this bike as it was when imported. We will have to see about that.”

1967 Suzuki S 32-2

Owner: Danial C.
Veneta, Oregon US

Comments: ”Here's my '67 S32-2, took delivery of it this morning.
Traded an old WWII Russian rifle for it.

Mileage: The one I have is in miles. 6,631 miles = 10,600 km

It's all original but rough. Going to use the rest of the winter to restore it.

I have only owned one other motor-cycle beside this one, a '78 Maico 440.

I love this Suzuki because it is so vintage and neat looking to me. And it's a two-stroke which is a definite bonus! I am looking forward to getting this little jewel road-ready for some great Spring time riding this year.”

You can watch Danial's restoration process. Click on the link here.”

Comments:”17,000 miles. Rode it all over California coastline, Yosemite, Eastern Sierra, Tahoe and Gold to Wine Country. Beats my '91 K100RS, '02 R1150RT and '78 GS750. Beautiful beast that turns heads everywhere I go.”

1967 Suzuki K 10

Owner: Simon Suarez,

Comments: ”Hello, I own a 80cc K10 Suzuki bike. I'm not sure of the model year. —
Actually, that´s all I have...

It looks very similar to the Ryan´s K10 (Ryan Taylor, South Africa that you have in your page), but I think that mine is in worse conditions...

I want to restore it. I would like to get hold of a manual and any other information that could help me.

I send you some pictures of the bike.”
It certainly is a challenge... I would like to know how to restoration goes.
I wish you good luck, you will need it!
Here's even larger picture of the bike.

Here's another one.
