1969 Suzuki TS 250 M sales brochure from Japan (4 pages). Click
to enlarge. I found these scans from a Japanese website mr-bike.jp. I don't really know if there's a piece missing, because there are 4½ pages here and what I understand the catalogue can't be printed that way... Anyway, I was glad I found these scans. I hope you are too. Printed in Japan, May 1969 |

1970 Suzuki year code: (none)

1970 Suzuki TS 250 Hustler brochure from Japan (2 pages). Click to enlarge. Joe Broussard uploaded these brochure scans on Facebook. Although it says ”new model”, it's the slightly updated '70 model. The frame was made lighter, the dry weight of the TS250-2 was a bit lower, 124 kg (273 lbs) instead of 127 kg (280 lbs) and the primary and secondary reduction ratios were changed. You can clearly see that the rear drive chain sprocket was smaller on the updated model. The primary reduction ratio was changed from 2.640 to 3.150 and the secondary reduction ratio was changed from 3.330 to 2.733. The handlebar was lower and the tail lamp holder sturdier. Also, the fuel tank grahics were changed. Instead of two silver stripes below the ”S” Suzuki emblem, it now says ”Suzuki” with white letters on black bottom. Printed in Japan. |

1974 Suzuki TS250L sales brochure
from Australia. Click to enlarge. I'm not
sure about this but I think there's something strange about the
fuel tank of the bike in the picture. It looks like the graphics
on the tank would have been painted there. The pictures I've seen
of the TS250L elsewhere don't have the same graphics I
wonder if there were any bikes made looking like this. Can you
tell me anything about this? This sales brochure was scanned and
sent to me by Neil Batterham, Australia. Printed in Japan. |
