1958 Suzuki Suzuki lineup brochure from Japan. Click to enlarge. This was the first thing I found I could call a Suzumoped brochure so that I could show it here. It's a one-sided leaflet with I believe Suzuki models available in Japan at the time. It showed the Suzukimoped SM-1, the ST-6, the 250TM and even Suzuki's first car, the Suzulight SF. It was a small car with a 2-cylinder 361cc 2-stroke engine with 18 hp peak power. I found the image on a Japanese auction site. The leaflet was damaged, I tried to make it look better in Photoshop but I can't do miracles. Fortunately there was even a closeup picture of the specs, you can find it here. |
1958 SJK Suzumoped SM-1 magazine ad from Japan. Click to enlarge. I don't know if this was a magazine ad or a Suzukimoped brochure. I don't know the original source, but this image was published in ”History of Japanese Auto Pies” (Google translated title) written by Satoshi Tomizuka Miki Hara in 2001. Notice that the logo in the right near corner says ”SJK” instead of ”Suzuki”. |
