Suzuki VL250 Intruder

I have tried to find some Suzuki VL 250 Intruder info to put on this page. I would be grateful of any contributions — sales brochures, magazine ads, magazine articles, pictures, specs, facts, corrections etc. Please scan the material in JPEG format (large enough that all the details are visible) and send them to me. The economical and easy-to-use 250cc cruiser VL250 Intruder was launched by Suzuki in 1999. The model was named LC250 in Japan, the export model was called VL250. Although it was mechanicalle simple machine, its appearance was quite luxurious with lots of chrome plated parts. The engine, muffler, shock absorbers, air cleaner cover, meter cover, head lamp case were all chrome plated. The engine of the 250 Intruder was a newly developed 250cc air-cooled V-twin, quite powerful and easy to ride even at low speeds. The model remained unchanged during the six years it was produced, with only cosmetic changes.
