Suzuki FM55 Landie

I have tried to tell the FM55 Landie model history on this page as I know it. This page is still under construction. Suzuki FM55 Landie was a sligtly bigger and stronger version of the family bike FM50 Landie, launched in 1976. While the smaller Landie was designed for one person to ride, the 52cc FM55 had a longer seat and was licensed for a rider and a passenger. Like its sibling, Suzuki FM55 had underbone pressed steel frame, 10-inch wheels, automatic transmission and air-cooled 2-stroke single-cylinder engine. While the FM50 engine had a 49cc cylider displacement and 3.5 hp (2.57 kW) peak power, the FM55 engine had 52cc cylider displacement and 3.8 hp (2.79 kW) peak power. I'm not certain of this, but all the information (or the lack of it) indicates that it was a very short-lived model. The only model version ever existed was the one released on November 1980. If I'm wrong, don't hesitate to correct me!
