Suzuki DR370

I have tried to tell the DR 370 model history on this page as I know it. This page is still under construction. The DR370 was presented in 1978, as an enduro version of the SP370, with a compact 370cc 4-stroke 1-cylinder SOHC 2-valve engine and a semi-double cradle steel pipe frame. Along with its sister model, SP370, they was the first Suzuki models since the early Colleda models with 4-stroke engines. The main difference between the DR370 and SP370 models were that the SP370 was street legal dual-purpose machine with proper lights and turning indicators and the DR370 was made for off-road riding only. It also had a skid plate that protected the engine. Both models were discontinued after only two seasons and replaced with Dr400 and SP400 models. There was also a Suzuki RM370, but that was a different beast , a motocrosser with a 43 bhp 2-stroke engine.
