I have tried to tell the Suzuki DR 150 model history on this page as I know it. This page is still under construction. 2021 Suzuki year code: M1

The Suzuki DR150 was launched in June 2020 in Colombia, as '21 model. I actually don't know if the model was launched anywhere else. I will let you know if I find sources that can tell if the DR150 was/is sold in any other countries. The Suzuki DR150 is a enduro/offroad bike with a 149 cc air-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke engine with both electric and kick start. It has tubular steel frame, a single disc brake at the front and drum brake at the rear (no ABS), 12.5 liter (3.30 US gal) fuel tank, 90/90-19 front tyre and 110/9-170 rear tyre. The suspension has a gaitered telescopic front fork and a rear monoshock without adjustment. Halogen front light. There were three color options offered in Colombia: Black/White, Black and Red/Black.

The 2022 models of the Suzuki DR150 was launched in April 2021 in Colombia. The color options offered were Blue/White, Black/Red (unchanged) and Yellow/Black.

2025 Suzuki year code: M5

The 2025 Suzuki DR150 carburator model remained unchanged, but was now sold side by side with a model with anti-lock braking system at the front wheel and an engine with fuel injection. A USB charging port was also added to the new DR150 Fi ABS model. The graphics and the color choises for both models are the same, but the fuel-injected model has large letters Fi and 'Fuel Injection' written with smaller letters on the side covers above the 'DR' logo and letters ABS on the front mud guard. You may also notice the ABS brake system at the front wheel hub and the fuel injection behind the engine cylinder. Both are noticeably different from the standard model. According to a Colombian brochure the specifications were exactly the same and unchanged from 2024, but the web site showed lower engine performance figures for both carburator and fuel injection models. According to the website both engine versions delivered maximum 11.8 hp (8.68 kW) @ 8 0000 rpm and 11.6 Nm (1.18 kg-m) @ 6 000 rpm. Suzuki Colombia showed the 2026 models of the Suzuki DR150 early, in April 2025. It appears that the M6 models are exactly the same as the M5 models. No changes in the specifications or the color palette. Color options (for both DR150 andf DR150 Fi ABS): Blue/White, Yellow/Black, Black/Orange, Red/Black
