I have tried to tell the DR 125 SM model history on this page as I know it. This page is still under construction. The Suzuki DR125SM, produced between 2008 and 2015, was a lightweight supermoto designed for new riders, urban commuters, and weekend enthusiasts looking for a fun and agile ride. Based on the trail-oriented DR125SE, the DR125SM adopts a more street-friendly design with 17-inch wheels, road tyres, and supermoto-style bodywork. Though it may not boast the power of larger displacement bikes, it offers plenty in the way of control, fuel efficiency, and pure rider enjoyment.

The Suzuki DR125SM was released in Japan the 28th of September 2007.
