Suzuki US125 is a retro-styled 125cc scooter manufactured by Jinan Qingqi Suzuki in China. Since its foundation in July 1994, Qingqi Suzuki has provided more than a dozen products to consumers including GS125, AN150, GZ125, FD110, GT125, GR150, UU125, UY125, US125, and Gixxer 150.
Qingqi Suzuki officially announced the launch of its first retro-style scooter the US125 in August 2024. The model was available in shops later that year, as 2025 year's model.
The bike boasts a sleek design, highlighted by a square headlight with a polished chrome finish and round rearview mirrors also bordered in chrome, giving it a vintage style look, both elegant and youthful. The retro style of the Suzuki US125 is reminiscent of Piaggio's Vespa line, but still retains its own distinct modern touch.
”Soltanto” means ”only” in Italian. The model is sold primarily in Asian countries/markets.
There's a US125 and US125T versions of the Suzuki Soltanto scooter. I don't actually know the diffrence, if there's any. Can you help me with this?

The first generation of the Suzuki US125 was launched in mid-October 2024 by Jinan Qingqi Suzuki. It received a 124cc air-cooled engine, producing a maximum power of 9.25 hp (6.9 kW) and a peak torque of 10 Nm (1.02 kg-m), giving the scooter a top speed of approximately 90 km/h.
The color options for the 2025 Suzuki US125 scooter were
Reverent Green, Elegant Gray, Snow-Lotus White, Moon-Silver Gray, Fresh Green, Polar Gray, Sophisticated Brown. I haven't managed to find pictures of the entire color palette.

2026 Suzuki year code: M6
The 2026 year's version of the US125 offered a few surprises. It still had that retro style, with rounded and pleasing lines throughout the motorcycle, without any unnecessary sharp edges. The brown seat with chrome trim gave it a touch of sophistication.
Its dimensions, light weight and low seat height was perfect for shorter riders. Even when not very tall they can sit comfortably with both feet firmly on the ground, making maneuvering the car effortless. Although being a small scooter, it's still adequate for daily commuting, grocery shopping, and picking up the kids.
The US125's engine is the familiar Suzuki SuperCore fuel-injected air-cooled engine, known for its durability and reliability, easily running over 100,000 kilometers. Its power output is not aggressive but very balanced, providing responsive acceleration from traffic lights and confident overtaking in the mid-range. It's fuel-efficient, achieving a fuel consumption of around two liters per 100 kilometers. |

Jinan Qingqi Suzuki launched an ABS version of the US125 ABS version in the Chinese market in October 2026, now offering two models: a keyless standrad version and a top box version. The keyless version features a streamlined rear design equipped with standard passenger grab rail/armrests and a keyless ignition system. The top box versions grab rail, as the name suggests, has swapped out for a dedicated cargo rack that comes pre-installed with a color-matched retro top box (trunk) for expanded storage room.
There's also two versions with different brake systems available, depending on the region/market: the standard/original base model with a standard front disc and rear drum braking system without ABS – and the upgraded version equipped with a single-channel Bosch ABS system on the front wheel for enhanced safety.
The 2027 US125 ABS version offers a fairly solid package. It includes dual throttle cables, a fully integrated LCD instrument panel, a USB charging port, full LED lighting, and front disc and rear drum brakes.
The biggest change in the US125 ABS version is the upgraded braking system. The new model adds a single-channel ABS to the front wheel and upgrades the front brake caliper from single-piston to dual-piston configuration. Combined with larger brake discs and upgraded tires, this improves front wheel braking performance, especially on slippery surfaces or during emergency braking. The rear wheel retains the drum brake.
The original kick starter lever has been removed making the electric starter the only starter option. The interface is still there. Those who think they need a kick strater can install it at the dealership later.
The 2027 US125 ABS version retains the same 124cc air-cooled engine, producing a maximum power of 6.9 kW and a peak torque of 10 Nm, with a top speed of 90 km/h. In terms of specifications, the new model has a curb weight of 110 kg and a seat height of 745 mm. |
