The all-terrain Suzuki DR160 was designed to be ridden with confidence both on and off-road.

The all-new DR160 was presented in april 2026, along with V-Strom 160, at at the Makina Moto Expo 2026 in Philippines. The DR160 – small engine-equipped version of brand’s DR line – was intially marketed only in Philippines and New Zealand and Latin America. Categorized as a backbone, the Suzuki DR160 is a dual-sport motorcycle designed for commuting but also capable of light off-road adventures. The DR160 and the V-Strom 160 have have similar SOHC 162cc engines, with an output of 14.1 hp and 14.5 Nm of torque. The engine is paired to a five-speed manual transmission. The DR160 features single-channel ABS in front. It also has wire-spoked wheels – 17-inch wheels in the back and 19-inch wheels up front wrapped in dual-sport tires. There is also has a high-mount exhaust. The bike has 244mm of ground clearance, and an 845mm (33.2 inches) seat height. Equipped with electronic fuel injection, ABS brakes, full LED lighting, and a highly visible digital instrument panel, it combines advanced technology with the distinctive Japanese DNA of Suzuki. Its ergonomics and suspension are designed to provide confidence both on and off-road. In Colombia, the model is marketed as Suzuki DR160X. In Philippines, it's called Suzuki DR160.

Four color options were made available in Colombia: blue, black, red and white. In Philippines, you had two options to choose from: Solid Pure Black and Solid White.
